Have experience with basic mathematics for preparing estimates Knowledge and understanding of basic construction methods.
(a Plus) Be proficient in using Excel and Word.
Be detail oriented and possess good organizational and communication skills Interface well with customers, and all internal departments of the company.
Represents the company in a positive and professional manner.
